Returns & Exchanges

It is my hope that this garment makes you feel amazing.  If it doesn't, I am happy to accept a return or exchange within seven (7) days of delivery.  Please follow the instructions within the order page in your account to initiate a return or exchange.  Because each item is made upon request in your specific size, restocking fees will apply. 

In the event of a return, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help recoup shipping costs both to and from the destination (since they are included in US orders); payment processing fees (which are not refunded by payment processors); and handling.

In the event of an exchange due to customer changing their mind, customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item to its destination.

Making custom clothing and selling it via the Internet is a difficult task and requires both maker and wearer to be cognizant of all expectations each holds of the other for a smooth & successful transaction. 

I always do my absolute best to ensure you'll receive a high-quality, long lasting, beautiful garment that fits you comfortably – but if after receiving your order you are not 100% confident about your purchase, please get in touch so we can find a solution.
