The perfect summer dress! This breezy Betsey Johnson beauty has a smocked elastic waist and a wide neckline that can be worn either on or off the shoulder. Mid-calf length. In good pre-loved condition, with minor snagging to the delicate eyelet lace here & there and a bit of faint pinkish discoloration at the front waist (things that contribute to its boho chic appeal ;) Priced accordingly!
